And sure remember when he was assaulted and we were all sent home from school as we holded our breath over the news!

And was shocked when he told us about his disease!

*sigh* Like everyone else, we too are flying our flag half-staff... :O<

I didn't realize that they flew the flag at half mast in the parks... Does this happen very often?

I well remember hearing about the event on January 11, 1990 that morning, up in Pasadenea. I drove down as fast as I could, and was able to get the photos I included. It was the last public appearance by Bob Cummings, who died shortly after.

Incidently, the flag at Disneyland is flown at half staff just about anytime it is called for on a national level. The last time I know of was on September 11, 2001.

Thanks much!!
