My gut feeling is it's better to go with the original dates (6/20-6/27). The following week would have us there over 4th of July weekend. The next week would have us leaving LAX on the 4th. The week after doesn't work because of 7/17 and DL. And I just have a feeling that July gets muggier with better chance of rain or even hurricanes as it wears on. But this is conjecture on my part. Can you seasoned WDWers tell me if crowds and weather heat up as you get into July?

    Thanks!

The crowds are different though. Very early June the best -- busy but not insane. Also get Star Wars weekends adn this year Flower Power concerts to.

Late June and July pretty much the same but I will echo the 4th of July warning. We have been there for the 4th and it was exciting -- also was wall to wall - closed MK entry around 6 PM due to crowd size ( not good for little kids) -

We just came back after staying 8 days over Thanksgiving. But we will be back again in June.

Can you guys help with typical park hours for the summer? I've read about "extra magic hours" and am guessing this means you generally have at least one park open around 8am and one open til maybe midnight? I'm trying to plan flight times and basic schedule, working around jet lag issues and all that!

    EMH at night is wonderful.....
