Pop Century is a value, but not in the same vacinity as Sports, Music and Movies. We usually tipped $3-$4 per day. The coffee at the resorts is strong, not old. Usually I will fill my cups about 3/4 of the way then water in the rest. It isn't instant coffee either. My suggestion is to try a cup first, then "fix" it accordingly.

The tips are part of the package that makes up their earnings. Housekeepers, while not getting rich, are usually paid in the $7 to $8 per hour range. For some reason this concept of tipping housekeepers has established itself and grown over the years, but it's in no way a must like tipping waitpeople is. I've never suffered from poorly maintained rooms by not tipping. If you have kids, though, you might enjoy some of the extra things housekeepers do, like arranging your stuffed animals and making towel critters. Having no kids, I just take the service that they're already being paid for.

Or maybe make my hair grow back so he can charge me more? OK, I can handle that one and I will give him a tip if he can pull it off!
