In the beginning of the day, none of them had their full-sized menu's out, as the day progressed, each booth started to get them. It was pretty crowded. The preview was from 1pm to 8pm. They were only handing out the festival books in certain locations, and they were in limited supply. Also, they have this great new gift card this year. It has a braclet like the photo-pass cards from the water cards, and the top snaps off so it becomes a portable size. This way you can load it up before you go in the park and don't have to worry about losing it while you get loaded. Also, this is the first of many. Every year they are going to have a diffrent design. They are available at the first two booths you see when you enter world showcase. Also, the Sam Adams booth was very yummy, go for the thirteenth anniversary!!

So they opened up the Wonders of Life pavilion as the center for the festival? Didn't they do the same thing last year?

I just expect a little more from you than my other ... more ordinary minions ;-) BTW, you planning any Disney trips in the near future? You know ... helping to stimulate our economy and all ...

I still have issues with WDW, but I do miss being there. I also miss stimulating the economy of Mississippi too. The last year has been physically pretty rough on me, and I'm afraid my walking days are going to be severly limited. I just don't know if I want to tour the parks on an ECV just yet. It would be kind of fun to sneak up on TDLFAN, and blast the horn at him though. We normally go in late January or early February, but real life seems to be getting in the way of my fantasy life once again. My favorite Niece is at the Academy training for the Broward County Sheriffs Dept. right now (I'll make sure you have diplomatic immunity when traveling through there). The kicker is she is an M.P. in the Army Reserve, and is scheduled for deployment to Iraq around the same time as graduation. So my life is pretty much on hold right now. I tried to talk my Nieces, and Nephews out of going into the military, but some of them are just as hard headed as their father, and I were at that age. I'm very proud of them, but it ages you having to worry about them.

As to the ECV, I think you know I detest them EXCEPT when they are truly needed. If you need one, then by all means you should get here, rent one and have a great time. And our economy needs some stimulating!
