I just finished watching the incredible PBS series on slavery and think that the movie could go do its part to help better understand this shameful period in US history.

There's a controversial thread on this board called "Song of the South maybe released" and there was a heated discussion all about it there if ya'd like to see. I just say what I've always said...if we can have "Gond With the Wind", we can certainly have "SOTS"!
