Another is that it's written into the law that operators of conveyances that are not bona fide public transport have a higher duty of care to ensure safety.

And having a CM at an exit console must help immensely. Certainly a big change from controlling the whole attraction from the dispatch console at the head of the station. Dispatching, jogging each car manually without bumping them, and making sure people were stepping out at the other end of the station....all at once, kept you on your toes.

I used to work in industrial medicine, makes me cringe... really, if you worked for OSHA you could never people watch at the park, yikes. I've noticed lately, kids, adults running full tilt through the park.
