I don't think it sells out but it does seem, at least when I was there last summer, to be 2/3's full.

Why? What exactly would require "major redoing"? I'm just curious about specifics.

I found it to be amazing. And with everything happening on stage almost impossible to take it all in @ one sitting.

Now it has been a couple of years since I've seen it but we are planning on going in Dec. Just curious about it's decline.

Unfortunately, I agree with you. I really love CDS but nothing has really touched me, in that emotional way, CDS shows used to since "O". And Quidam was the last touring production that really blew me away. I really think CDS has spread itself too thin. The new "Believe" show is getting horrid reviews and people walking out and demanding their money back. But what do you expect when you team up with a joke of an illusionist like Criss Angel.

This is the first time they are doing a show based around a headliner. So far this year hasn't been to good to Criss Angel. His Hotel implosion stunt was a complete joke on the live broadcast and now this. But they will tweak the show until it is right. I would never pay money to go to preview performances of any Cirque show because it takes time for their shows to evolve. I saw La Nouba 3 times the first year and it was an amazing show but then I saw it again a few years later and it was even better. The resident shows have a lower turnover than the touring ones so many time the acts get better over the years as the performers learn new tricks. The trampoline and speed track finale was amazing when the show began but now it is simply jaw dropping as they have upped the ante in tricks.
