There will be hundreds of authors doing storytelling, book signings and panels on saturday (4/26) and sunday (4/27)
Admission is free and tickets to the INDOOR panels can be purchased through ticketmaster for 75 cents a piece!

Some fun "Disney" faces are listed for attendance like Aly & AJ, Dylan Sprouse, Ben Barnes (Prince Caspian for the upcoming Narnia movie) and JULIE ANDREWS.

This will be my first year attending and it looks like loads of fun! Definetely something worth checking out if your into books at all, especially since it is all free =)

I got the chance to meet David Zabowski! He signed and personalized my dvd of Pochahontas and he was shocked when I pulled it out for him to sign it. I was really excited about that, especially when he got the spelling for my name correct without even having to ask haha =)

Got to meet/get a picture with Aly & AJ as well, sweet girls. I really felt bad for all the people waiting in the LONG hot lines for the autograph sessions though. Kids and their parents had started lining up to meet these girls two hours before the girls had even arrived at the stage tent!

Ben Barnes walked right past me into the stage tent (I didnt realize till it was too late) and the Doodlebops passed me SEVERAL times. I can now officially say the doodlebops scare me ;) They were pretty good live though and kept the kids entertained as kept energy levels high even in the hot sun. All the little ones eyes just lit up when they saw the doodlebops. Too cute!

Tomorrow (sunday) is the last day for the festival and if you are in the LA/surrounding areas and love to read I recommend checking it out, don't forget the sunscreen and water bottles!
