Anyone know what DLR is like that time of year--crowds, weather, refurbishments, etc? Looking forward to hearing from all of you and thanks. :)

IIRC, January - April is when SoCal gets the most rain. We got hit one March by rain at the park. It was cold and miserable. The park was empty and for good reason.
