That said, they probably have seen the same artwork that I have ... the stuff that's been floating around (you'd think they almost let the leaks out on purpose on crap like this) ... the stuff that shows massive parking structures and something labeled 'town center' near the middle of what once was PI ... and something labeled 'WoC development' which you can figure out on your own etc. Bottom line is very little to nothing is happening at DD these days ... and this development in the OP qualifies as barely anything.
