By the way it does no good to cuss out the automated computer voice for the ridiculous suggestion.Seriously I will be at the MK and you offer something at SS...Really. I actually stayed online to rate my magical experience with the system!!!Of course no human will ever know about my opinion. When I speak to the real person I dare not criticize since I am begging for a reservation and I am at their mercy. Groveling did no good also. So LUCKY YOU people that booked yesterday!!!

I tried right after midnight but the site was down for maintenance. Tried again at 6:45 Florida time. Now the system says Resort Confirmation does not qualify for extended booking dates even tho I am within 3 months and it allowed me to book all my other choices. The window is 180 days or 6 months.. So the computer is telling me one thing but is allowing any person that calls in to make a reservation and is not giving priority to resort guest because everytime I have called they have not asked any questions about hotel reservations at all. Once again Disney can not get it right the first time even tho they spend a billion dollars to computerize everything. Oh well...I guess I need a Disney challenge today anyway.I will just keep calling and stay on the line to take the survey...

I realize it is all new and "booking" attempts for Be Our Guest is probably tremendous. Especially when you have someone like me that keeps trying online and calling repeatedly. They also have a computerized reservation phone response first and then gives you the option to change your dates or ask the computer to allow you to speak to an agent directly. So I guess I like to receive multiple rejections in any shape or form...I even plan to arrive in person every day i am there. Surely they know it is me!!!
