The man has an enormous amount of power at WDC right now. So far it seems he's used it pretty well. Let's hope he continues to do so and we see a bright future for the parks and DCA in general. If he and Weis do well and Pixars films keep being a hit, I doubt the third park that is finally proposed won't be the mess that DCA was when it was built. And it's Lasseter with an "e"... not an "i".

From what I understand Disney is performing very well and has a large cash flow. This is money that needs to be reinvested and DLR needs to expand in order to maintain growth.
