Bay Lake will be gone first.. then AK- then SS -- three completely different HOME resorts ... if you went to by a house and the builder said hey, we got ONE model for you- take it or leave it- how would that work ? No different here. Also selling Hawaii sales are consistent year to year even with the huge downturn in real estate- that's why they are building
