Originally Posted By Kennesaw Tom Actually this makes me feel better about my own home since my flooring is all bamboo, I have 100% cotton sheets and use "Basis" soap products. It would be great is Disney did more of this. On one trip to WDW my sister and her children all broke out in a rash from the sheets. I don't know what commercial laundry detergent Disney is using but some people are sensitive to it.

I don't have sensitive skin, but I did get a rash from staying at the Conrad Hilton in Chicago once. For all I know it could have been the water and not the bed linen. One time I was staying in Dublin, CA and broke out BAD. I think that was from the exotic plants growing around the hotel.

So why not "up" the resort features so you can spend more money in the hotels/ resorts. If only they would open more full time, onsite hotel/ resort restaurants. I think people would be more inclined to purchase food in a sitdown restaurant rather than food courts.

But since you've been away (likely a sane choice, although I love having my friend back here) you may have missed me posting about the fact WDW Co is now largely a real estate development company, hotel chain and timeshare company (no fewer than five WDW DVCs are currently on the drawing board) with the parks as ancillary businesses. That's what the mindless MAGICal fanbois, social media whores and rubes who have no idea what the place used to be like or what the other Disney resorts are like now miss when they mindlessly defend Iger's flying monkeys and the decisions they make. UGH!!! I need a vacation ...
