Why did they hire Moroccan craftsmen to design and install true Moroccan mosaics at the Morocco Pavilion in Epcot when 90% of the people would never be able tell the difference?

Yeti was a real terror when he was working correctly. I still cringe when I remember the first time I saw him and he reached out ... nearly had to change my drawers! Then we promptly lined up again and again! I still love EE (from the elaborate queu to the ride itself) but I look forward to seeing a working Yeti again (assuming he isn't broke again by 2013).

But seriously, a stuffed bird on a stick is the best that the brain trust at Imagineering could come up with to distract and entertain? The second "show stop" is arguably the best part of the ride with the Yeti projection. Then for the show stopper there is no "show stop". Not only is there no "show stop", you fly by it in, like, 2 seconds. It just seems the pacing is out of whack throughout the attraction.
