I do wonder if the show is really worth moving though. It's a nice enough show, but it's already been running for nearly 15 years; it seems like now is the perfect time to replace it, since they need to demo the theater any way. Personally, I think the HKDL version is much, much better, so maybe they'll be able to incorporate some changes during the move. Putting the theater in Africa will make a lot more sense (it never really fit Camp Minnie Mickey, IMO), but it just seems like a lot of work to build a 3rd version of the theater for this same raggedy old show. Why not take this as an opportunity to create something fresh and new that they can advertise and use to bring in new guests to WDW?

Or just the highest rated show currently on WDW property?

To me, Aladdin is probably the most overrated show that Disney has. Given the lack of any other stage shows at DLR (until they reopen the Fantasyland Theater in a few months), it's not surprising that it's so popular. It also has a huge audience at each show (compared to smaller venues like the Golden Horseshoe), so more guests can give it positive reviews.

Similarly, FOTLK has has a pretty big audience, and is a fairly high-profile show in a park short on attractions (and also quite overrated, IMO). I find it somewhat hard to believe that FOTLK gets better reviews than the Finding Nemo show, but I guess it's just different strokes for different folks!
