Aren't Disney and Lucasfilm considering a new trilogy starting with Episode VII.

Hopefully Ford, Hammil and Fisher will be part of it, at least of Episode VII.

It would be interesting to know the director and some of the actors.

This year is the 40th anniversary of American Graffiti. Bob Falfa (Ford's character) was not one of the local high school teenagers in the story, so I can easily believe he's that old.

It would be interesting to see if they sugar and dumb coat it ... with Eewoks, children who can't act, and gunguns who say - meesa you humble servant!

My hope is for the tone set in episodes 4 and 5.

My guess ... it would pick up with children of Leia and Han .... becoming adults (20 years from ep6, perhaps) .... and becoming a jedi themselves. The new generation picking up the torch.

It's been 30 years since "Return of the Jedi" ... and carrying a timeline that would be 20 years from Ep6's time frame ... does not sound so unreasonable .... 10 years faking their age ... not a huge stretch.
