The monoliths are just cold.>> Yep ... it does feel like a memorial. The entrance to EC used to feel grand in scope, but also pleasant with trees, flowers and assorted greenery. Now, if you get seperated from your party, it's like playing hide and seek in a cemetary!

There's still a lot there. I'm actually more disappointed that something hasn't taken the place of the removed crystal pieces in the frontside fountain.

Yes, but it's all pushed to the sides and mostly blocked by the tombstones. The old entrance had low areas of grass and small trees in the middle, as well as that large planter. It was all so much greener, and a lot more inviting.
