No. My interest in Star Wars dropped off after 'The Phantom Menace,' so I admit I'm not a dyed-in-the-wool fan. But even still, I'm disappointed this isn't much more than the long overdue "new" film. Supposedly there aren't any in-cabin effects. And because they're using the same simulators, I'm assuming the physical movement isn't anything new or spectacular. I wonder if the simulators will continue to creak and squeak like the last time I rode a couple of years ago. My guess is they will.

You could open an ice cream stand, and as long as you theme it to Star Wars, the obsessives would come out of the woodwork to visit it. But as you've pointed out, MGM is short in attractions. And all I'm saying is Star Tours II isn't really adding to the MGM attraction count, since it's been there for 20 years.

WDW is stale and TPFKaTD-MGMS is my least favorite park by far ... although I did enjoy my three night hours there a few weeks ago. I have the feeling I'll be riding this in Anaheim this summer before taking the 185 mile drive north from here (my last drive almost killed me ... seriously!) because there I'll also get Mermaid, new Soundsational parade, ElecTRONica (which is new to me), WoC, new menus at most dining locales ... and all the things I still love about DLR to begin with. WDW needs more than one redone, no matter how extensive, simulator ride out of four parks to get me up there.

But could I get you to WDW in June with free admission AND free booze? (and a 20% Friends and Family discount on my new Spirit Of MAGIC tours)

Are you going to make your Tour Groups hold hands, and walk single file like they do all the little Princesses that just got a make-over at BBB? Cause it's going to be hard for me to hold hands, and drive my ECV at the same time.
