    <p>The <i>Orlando Sentinel</i> reports that while Walt Disney World donated 12 percent less to charities this year its employees volunteer efforts were 23% greater. The article goes on to state that the resort generates roughly $586 million a year in taxes and gives an update on their efforts to meet a series of corporate environmental goals announced last year.</p>
