I'm assuming that the 'pirates' doing the sword fights would have to exercise extremem caution with all those super sensitive parents out there. One little slip and a kid gets knicked on the hand and the parents are in an uproar to sue Disneyland. They would have to have some kind of disclaimer posted around the Pirates Lair saying that you swash buckle at your own risk.
