The last time I was there was spring of 2004 and the only change we noticed was that it wasn't all buffet - it was still all you can eat but entrees were ordered from the kitchen and served by waiter and when you were done you could make another order - I never saw any of this "Princess" stuff - how has the menu been changed?

I'm torn when it comes to the character meals. Geez, I remember my first character meal back in 1980 on the Empress Lilly. Obviously the demand is there. And for someone like me who has kids, the variety makes it easy to fit into our schedule. We only book one per week usually on a slow paced day. I have friends that that go 4-5 times during a trip. I'd like to see them not add anymore restaurants to the character meal dining. If they want to change the existing ones up a bit that's ok.

I don't think I'd mind eating in a room with a bunch of Disney Princesses and squeeling children (and some adults) if the food hasn't changed but reading the title "Returns to Original Menu" I'm a little concerned. Especially since "Original" never really seems to actually be the original at WDW... Can I still get those tasty meatballs, the sweet brown goatcheese, the peppered and smoked fish, and those hot meat dishes? I really like the food... "Oh my you eat like a true viking!" That's what one of my servers told me in the past...I don't know if that's a compliment though

One of the best that I wish would return was the Villians Dinner at Grand Floridian. We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday there one year and that was the most fun! The old villians were fantastic and in true form!!!
