The western side of Center Street at DL was filled in years ago with seating for the adjacent restaurant. It's crammed with tables and umbrellas and frankly isn't the most inviting place to eat. It was far more attractive when it was an open side street. On the opposite side there is a little open market that sells fruit where the flowers used to be.
