I saw it in the scene shop in January when we were on the tram tour in the Studios, but couldn't figure out what it was for (though I figured it was somehow related to the Fantasyland Expansion). The BATB statue that was getting painted nearby should have been a clue, I guess. They also had a bunch of turret-type shingled roofs being painted, which will probably go on the building's exterior, and some stone-esque urns/plant pots that will be on the inside. From what I saw, it looked really good, but it looks like they've added even more detail since that time. The other thing that interests me is in the background when they're talking. If you look at the balconies, there are big black rectangles along the floor and the columns, which are likely holes to hide speakers. Given how much space they have, there's probably going to be a pretty incredible sound system in there!

A very good friend of ours who works as a waiter over at Disney Hollywood Studio's is hoping to transfer over to the Beauty & the Beast Restaurant if he can. He would much rather work there than where he is now.

Even when talking to Pest Relations at the Magic Kingdom they can only give out estimate dates as to when the Be Our Guest Restaurant opens. Just keep checking back here from time to time and someone is certain to have a more specific date at some point.
