And the added irony of adding all of this stuff, that they won't be able to maintain properly to begin with, just as the entire country invests in smartphones and mini tablets to entertain them at all times is hilariously sad. If this type of Standby queue stuff had debuted with Fastpass in 1999, before we all had iPhones, I could get it. But it just doesn't make sense in 2013 and beyond. I don't think they spent their money wisely here. And it'll all be broken by Easter.

I seem to recall lots of people worrying about the possible demise of Disney's elaborate queues as a result of Fastpass, and apparently the exact opposite is happening. "Not a fan of shoehorning a new story into the ride" Shoehorning? It's a mine train ride. How is elaborating on that theme with more show features "shoehorning"? I could see if they were adding the Care Bears or something, but this is simply adding more detail to what was already a very detailed environment.

It's kinda sad actually. >>>Disney should get rid off the FP system<<< Again.. not to eat **** but I said this way back when at a time when all the fanboys here thought FP was 'chic'. And got hate mail for saying so. How far ahead of the times was I?

At the very least there should be a mobile app that allows you to review and secure ride reservation slots without traversing back and forth across the parks.

At least DLP enforced the return time during our last visits. I don't know what MyMagic+ is capable of, I didn't read a lot about that, but it seems there are mixed feelings about it. I would even say, that it's something bad for the parks. Luckily DLP doesn't have the money to introduce it right now, but the CEO mentioned that DLP is looking to bring it to Paris in the long run.

There's mixed feelings about everything it seems Dagobert. I'm not betting anything on MyMagic+ but I'm hopeful that the user experience will be improved over Fastpass. I detest waiting in line, so anything that cuts down on wait times is a blessing as far as I'm concerned. I think Disney is way behind the curve in terms of being able to use mobile technology in the parks (the Android mobile parks app sucks is pretty much useless) which means that there's plenty of room for growth in that area.

I will try it when I'm there and I hope it will help to eliminate the waiting time.
