Looking at the concept art I'm figuring that you will be able to see it from the ground in some parts of Fantasyland, especially near Mermaid, however it probably will be hard to see from the same vantage point that the video was taken because the Dwarf Mine Train will sit between. <a href="http://media.trb.com/media/photo/2011-01/58867437.jpg" target="_blank">http://media.trb.com/media/pho...7437.jpg</a>
