Watching the video, I was kind of reminded of a Seven Dwarves version of the Calico Mine Train at Knott's Berry Farm. And that's not really a good thing.

If they had opened it with the rest of the new attractions, it could have blended-in as a "nice, fun little attraction" along with all the rest. Now, with it opening on it's own, there will be heightened expectations for the "new ride" in 2013/2014.
