Epcot was very lacking without the LOW but the entire park seemed to be decorated less and have less holiday inspired happenings. The only park that I felt stepped it up a little was AK as I noticed decorations in areas that I hadn't noticed them in previous years. Hopefully we will all get a little surprise this year and they will add some shows that they haven't announced - or something.
