Once the HM is done, expect the Jungle Cruise and then Space Mountain to go down for extended rehabs, which comes first is unknown. If they only closed attractions during the slower seasons, they'd be committed to September, early December and January for the most part. Thus, one of the three major attractions that need these updates needs to close during a busier period. Unless we want to wait another 3-4 years to see the DL updates, one of those three was going to be down over the summer. Be careful about complaining, we all know WDW's management team rarely goes for closing rides for rehabs during any time during the year. For instance, look at WDW's insistence that Pirates reopen for the Spring Break season during its rehab, which left it without enough time to finish updating all the audio. Just be happy it is finally happening, I know I am.

Whining guests are a real problem at WDW. It's crazy. Splash Mountain is currently closed for five months at DL, yet you don't get the whining. And they only have two parks ... not four. So to all those who will miss Mansion, I say sorry I do feel your pain, but butch up and deal with it.

But I also found they usually get over things like one ride being down better than most adults I know -- myself included. They move on to the next thing...
