    <p>The Orlandos Sentinel writes a woman who was injured when a small watercraft her husband rented collided wit ha ferry last year is suiing Disney World claiming they were not given any instruction and had no experience and should not have been allowed to rent it.</p>

It basically says 'don't be stupid, and right of way goes to vessels under sail and then to the larger vessel if both have motors'. I don't know what they were driving (one of those tiny 2-seaters?), but I can assure you that it was smaller, and therefore easier to maneuver, than a ferry. No contest.

    On this one I don't think Disney should settle because I think they would win, but they will just to make it go away WITH an agreement to not discuss it with anyone. If they take it to trial, Disney would win, but there wouldn't be a stipulation that the plaintifs don't talk.

    What bothers me about suits like this is they tend to get folks all lathered up (perhaps rightfully so) at people who can't take responsibility for their own brain deficits, so that when people with LEGIT claims go after the Mouse (or any company) they generally viewed unfairly.
