It basically says 'don't be stupid, and right of way goes to vessels under sail and then to the larger vessel if both have motors'. I don't know what they were driving (one of those tiny 2-seaters?), but I can assure you that it was smaller, and therefore easier to maneuver, than a ferry. No contest.

If they take it to trial, Disney would win, but there wouldn't be a stipulation that the plaintifs don't talk.
