I prefer the Disney Expres because the shuttle really crams people in and that can be uncomfortable.I expect the Super Shuttle will be increasing the rate soon.

We found them comfortable BUT when we were there in Jan this year they did not turn up. They supposedly run every half hour but we waited for 45 mins and then another shuttle drove past and he said $16 so we took it. We did not wait any longer as we also had flown from Aust and were pooped!
We then used the Disney Express when we finished our holiday and there were no problems.

A Rental Car, I like using Hotwire.com to check low rates on the exact dates fo your trip. (And HoJo parking is FREE! - if you are paying for a room! ;)

The Disneyland Express Airport Bus, a bit cheaper than the Shuttle Vans, and you don't get crammed into a van that might stop in some personal homes on the way to your hotel.
