I seem to remember that as being the designation, since I was looking into getting one once, and that seemed like a bit of a downer, since I didn't know if I would even be back in that time. Since it started as part of the Millenium Celebration, it would seem that the first sets of photos would have begun to reach their 'expiration date'...I'm just saying...

    That's precisely the problem! I'd rather Disney promote "When You Wish Upon a Star" Registry, as long as it didn't provide an eyesore at the entrance of Epcot.

    Word on the street - they hit it with a truck doing overnight work and damaged that section. Legacy is really just thin slabs - not solid rock - supported on a framework. They're likely replacing or waiting to replace the broken slab.
