A liberal supports many of the following political positions and practices.

    Taxpayer-funded and/or legalized abortion

Censorship of teacher-lead prayer in classrooms and school sponsored events

    Support for gun control

Support of obscenity and pornography as a First Amendment right

Income redistribution, usually through progressive taxation

Government-rationed medical care, such as Universal Health Care

    Taxpayer-funded and government-controlled public education

The denial of inherent gender differences

Insisting that men and women have the same access to jobs in the military

    Legalized same-sex marriage

    Implementation of affirmative action

    Political correctness

    Support of labor unions

Teaching acceptance of promiscuity through sexual "education" rather than teaching abstinence from sex.

A "living Constitution" that is reinterpreted as liberals prefer, rather than how it was intended

    Government programs to rehabilitate criminals

    Abolition of the death penalty

    Environmentalism

    Disarmament treaties

    etc.......

Although, I have to say, Landover has gone WAY past light sattire or parody at this point, and it's very ovious what it is now...in it's early days, you really could confuse it for an authentic church site...these days, not so much.

    # The Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, as long as such possession does not threaten national security

    Racism and Neo-nazism? hahahaha.

Here we are living in one of the worst economic crises in half a century, the country is as split as ever and we finally have a chance for change. So what do people do? Post topics like these. They continue to support their extreme sides and idiotic stereotypes. I thought we were gonna move on now that Obama is in. I thought the "us vs you" mentality was gonna end. Guess I was wrong.

I know many of you will jump on me and claim topics like this are a joke and not meant to be taken seriously. To some extent, I understand that. But you wouldn't go to a party and tell a racist joke and claim "it was just in good fun". I worry every day about my job, about the future of our divided country. Supporting sites like these in ANY way are a step backward in my eyes.

I understand we are not going to all get along and agree on everything. But topics like these are not meant to promote intelligent arguments. I thought you were better than this X.

And metalman, X was really just pointing out that this site exists, not "supporting" it. The fact that "conservapedia" and "liberalpedia" exist is interesting - take from it what you will.
