The big difference is that when the Mark Twain is in for service at DL, the Columbia is at least available to run the rivers. WDW just has the one big boat.

I can't say i'm a huge fan of the new railings however (remember when they were chains only a few years ago...both Mark Twain and Liberty Belle got the chains taken off, and proper railings added).
