See where as lunch is character free - and from a menu -- some very good items in my opinion like : the colony salad or the pot roast -- as my kids are getting ( and have gotten ) older we prefer the lunch --

Nothing would please me more than to be able to cook for all my LP friends. As much as I love our UK LPers, I wish we could see our extended LP family more often. BTW - they are not bad or anything, but my mom has passed on some dynamite recipes over the years.

i know what you mean--that's how all of our family recipies are.

I once asked my grammie to write down a cookie recipie for me, i got something along these lines :

    a handful of flour
    some sugar
    vanilla
mix together and add more flour if you need it.

    : )
