It's a moving musical scene of the birth of Christ. The three wisemen with their camels go around the village as they come to the manger, each wiseman and camel turn towards baby Jesus and bow a bit.

    It's rather large about 3' x 2 feet.
There are cows, lambs, other village people, an angel above, with Mary and Jospeh. It's quite beautiful with palm trees, a well, abode like walls, etc. The manger is lit up so it's very pretty at night.

It plays 25 different Christmas hymns.

Among the ornaments was a little wooden grate with three little turkey heads sticking out between the slats that bob up and down, and the crate is stenciled "SHIP ON DEC. 24". Just a silly little ornament, but it meant so much to me that my grandma invited Mrs. 2oon out for a nice day of ornament shopping and lunch.

Then the colored light reflect through the clear center of the star & projects random shapes & colors all over the wall & ceiling.

I can remember so many quiet evenings as a kid just lying on the sofa, watching the colors & patterns change. Thinking to myself it was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen.

we have a creche nativity scene set that was my parents, I remember it as far back at all my childhood Christmas'. The figures are just plaster/ceramic but the detail is a quality that you just dont see anymore. This used to be be set up on our big ol Zenith console TV (memer those big things that were part of the living room furniture?.) It is very beautiful and sentimental, If given a must choice, I'd rather have that set up than a Christmas tree and I take pride in our Christmas trees.

There are many Christmas tree ornaments that are must do. In fact, recently we've been saying that almost single ornament we use has some sort of meaning. Must do's include...

    A snowman from my childhood

    a 1987 first Christmas
    [were were married in 87]

    a few 1990 baby's first Christmas

a ceramic Santa Mickey from a DL trip before we married

one that Lil Thunder made at a Micheal's kids crafts day in 1995

many DisneyLAND ornaments, I'm almost to a point that I could do a DisneyLAND theme tree all by itself.

Mrs Thunder has a few special Tinkerbell ornaments.
