The management team of the coal mining company should be charged with murder.

    and

"The Sago miners were using air packs manufactured by Monroeville, Pennsylvania-based CSE Corp., according to the federal Mine Safety and Health Administration. The packs use a chemical reaction to produce oxygen. The company's literature says the units have a 10-year shelf life and require no maintenance beyond periodic visual inspections.

The SCSR contains a small window with a blue dot; if the blue dot is not present, then the SCSR is presumed to be ineffective and is discarded.

A call to CSE was not immediately returned Thursday.

ICG said in a statement that the SCSRs worn by the Sago miners "were all within the manufacturer suggested life," that the devices are checked every 90 days by a person at the mine, and are also checked by the wearer every day."

What am I missing that justifies charging the mining company with murder? There's no facts apparent to support the charge, other than the opinion/observation of the survivor.

The company also made a poor choice of telling family members at a church the actualy news.
