Long Beach airport vs. Orange County

    Long Beach is alot longer drive to DL. Orange county is a quick trip and cheap taxi ride. How are you getting to your resort from the airport? If your flying in to long beach make sure your taxi/van ride cost doesn't cancel out any savings you made on your flight ;-)

    It is more expensive for a taxi but that's because it's in a different county, and there are weird rules about that. So it's a consideration if you're taking a taxi, but if you're renting a car I wouldn't hesitate to use LB if the airfare is a lot cheaper especially.

    Go for the cheaper flight.

    Another option that a lot of people overlook is that you can fly into Burbank and take the train to Anaheim. Then, a short taxi ride of about $12 will get you to your hotel.

    It would add an hour-ish to your travel time, but if the fares are WAY cheaper, it might be worth it to you.

    Sometimes flights to Burbank can be up to $50-100 cheaper than LAX.

    At least you have a choice in CA. In ORL, it's one choice and one choice only.
