That CM called load and some CM who checked it out on the other end could visibly see it, but did not want to disrupt the show by retrieving it. I couldn't agree more with the decision, no reason to disrupt other's enjoyment over our mistake. It's what I pretty much expected the minute the camera fell out of the child's hands. This was 10+ years ago. I immediately notified Lost & Found that day. I told them that the CMs verified that it was on the floor, in-sight, and that they would be turning it over as soon as they could to L&F. For the next 60 days, no trace of it upon every inquiry to them. Again, my fault, but certainly not something I would rate as good for a Lost & Found operation.

ChiMike, I was just told a similar story just today. This one included a pair of prescription glasses. A manager at the attraction was brought in, and promised that the glasses would be available at L&F the next morning. Of course, the next morning, there were no glasses and everyone at the attraction claimed ignorance about anything.
