This CM could in actual fact be a wonderful CM who works hard and is excellent at his usual job, however he was asked to perform tasks outside of his daily duties and may or may not have had enough training to operate the boat with guests onboard. If anyone made a mistake I would look to his manager first and possibly even the guests second as it certainly sounded like their panicking perhaps caused the CM to panic also. As a Lifeguard I would expect him to be able to keep his cool in a difficult situation, but this was outside of usual remit and he is only 18. How many of us had perfect judgement at that age? I hope that if that CM is reading this thread he doesn't take any of this to heart as we could actually be doing somebody a dis-service here!!!

It gets in there and gets the gunk, but doesn't bubble excessively. Learned that from the TV show where the two older ladies go into people's homes and embarrass them with clinical tests and lab cultures - the lady was taking bubble baths with her own feces.
