And the new Human Again sequence, which showed the staff cleaning the castle, required that the backgrounds be literally "cleaned up" in several scenes that came after. There were other changes and corrections here and there. I didn't know that they had added the blood for the IMAX version, and just thought that the bright red blood was more visible on the Blu-Ray than on my old VHS. But it was indeed there.

Originally Posted By mawnck OK - watched (well more accurately, skimmed) the B&tB Blu-Ray for the first time last night. I don't know about changes, but it looks FABULOUS in HD. Thumbs way way up. Seriously, Witches, you need to check this out. The difference is NOT subtle. Can't wait for this weekend when I'll hopefully be able to just hit "play" and veg out in front of the spectacularity (and bonus features) for several hours.

Originally Posted By mawnck I haven't even tried the disc 1 DVD, but it does have the Work in Progress version on it - this I know because same is not on the Blu-Rays. (Well, it is, but it plays as a teensy picture-in-picture over the theatrical version. Love the picture quality, but there are a lot of things about this BD release that someone really needs to have a chat with them about. Just cause you CAN don't mean you SHOULD.) As to the other contents of the 2 DVD edition, you will have to look elsewhere for that info. I have none.
