You can't just close a line of Disney fans—everyone will mill around in a big crowd anyway, ticking off Comic Con security. They were seriously underprepared for the crowds. Even worse, it turned out we didn't even need to be in the line to get the QR codes needed to buy the Carl & Ellie Vinylmations online: They were just handing them out to whoever walked up! So of course by the time we got one, the vinyls were sold out. Disney did a terrible job of communicating how the vinyls would be released each day....
