If they had a restaurant like Boma's in the park, and didn't dumb it down. It would make a fortune.

Very decent food selection with great pricing (everything about 3-4 bucks with very good portion sizes- much better than Food n Wine) the merchandise "part" was ehh but the energy of the cast made up for the blah selection (think inventory of Mombassa moved outside) The closing "celebration" was cute The information guide was creative All in all I give it an 8 out of 10 -em

It does look like it's quality ... as to the crowds ... well, late summer afternoons at DAK are wretched ... this seems to me like something that could have worked much better if they had extended DAK's hours three nights a week (why am I giving free consulting?) like Fri-Sun to also bring in locals and ran it from say 6-10 or 7-11 p.m.
