Regarding Nemo, the submarine ride at Disneyland is getting the Nemo overhaul, while the Nemo attraction at WDW will be going into the Living Seas at Epcot. I'm pretty sure both attractions will feature the same technology, but perhaps a different storyline.

I am not sure about the song sounds a bit annoying but i am sure it will sound magical when all the costumes and sets are in place. Both Nemo attractions will be diferent very little similarities.

Disney has missed out on this niche of the market for years, though. Families that wanted to book onsite were pushed into FW cabins, Disney Institute villas (in the old days), and DVC. The prices were prohibitive to a large chunk of the market who were staying off-property at family suites properties. This is a good idea on Disney's part, albeit late. You do get more for your money off-property at the LBV Embassy Suites or Residence Inn or Staybridge Suites, but for people that just have to stay inside WDW, it's a great option. And a way for Mickey to add to the coffers.
