    As for the flag, it's fine to be out in the rain, as long as there's a light on it (which doesn't seem to be the case...particularly odd, since it rains almost daily in Florida).

    It was always there... and we were supposed to get them, too.

    But of course, DL will get it, and we won't.

    An all-weather flag may be displayed in the rain. The flag should be illuminated if it is displayed at night.

    So we will assume the DHS flag is all-weather!

    Rains daily in Florida? In the summer maybe. But, right now South Florida is in the midst of a pretty significant drought and we are facing stricter watering restrictions.
