I've said it before, but based on pics I've seen of construction, HKDL has one of the most beautiful settings of all the Disney parks. I know its starting off small (and fortunately at a cheaper rate than its American counterparts vs charging the same for less like they did with DCA when it first opened), but I look forward to watching HKDL grow in the near future. Thanks for the update by the way. I like the look of their Astro-Orbitor (or whatever they are going to call it). From that one picture, it looks like they went with flying saucer type vehicles rather than just rocket ships again. I like that. Adventureland looks pretty neat. What's with the fire cave concept art for the Jungle Cruise? Is the HKDL version different than the traditional Jungle Cruise seen in the other MK-style parks?
Originally Posted By atomic bear I thought it was neat that on the Fantasyland section there is an area for Mulan. That is a nice touch, she should be in the park more. As for the Jugle Cruse, it looks like it will be a mix of new and old. I hope the DL version gets some of the new effects.

Here is a picture of the moutnains. Space Mountain is in a similar location to DL's Motorboat Cruise, or the entrance to MK's Toontown Fair. You can see the mountains beginning to the left edge. <a href="http://www.screamscape.com/html/hkdl_36.htm" target="_blank">http://www.screamscape.com/htm l/hkdl_36.htm</a>

I love DCA, and I always look forward to visiting it. It's a new park, and there isn't that much to it, but it has room to grow and expand. Disneyland didn't have that much to do when it first opened, but Walt knew that the important thing was to get the park open, then he could tinker with it. The same thing with MGM. All it had was a tram studio tour and the Great Movie Ride.
