If you know anything about Animal Kingdom's Dinoland, it also makes Perfect sense! As the creative "Disney" story goes, Hester & Chester are the owners of Dinoland. They are also the owners of the two Dinosuar Characters that walk around Dinoland! I LOVE Hester's outfit! I can't wait to see the show. I'd rather see them interacting with Lucky than just having a dinosaur standing there moving. Animal Kingdom's Dinoland definitely needed something like this!

I'd rather see a shorter show that skips the corny handlers and gets down to brass takes displaying what Lucky can do (autograph, smile, count with his feet (okay, I haven't seen that yet, but it's probably easy to do_, etc). Cut the time in half and double the number of shows Lucky has a day. That would solve my second biggest complaint. Only 100 or so guests can see Lucky at a time right now.

Ok..G-Fan and I just got back from DAK where we were "lucky" (no pun intended) to see Lucky's 3:45pm show whihc was cut short due to showers as it has been raining on and off since 3pm or so. I also have to say this is the first time I see Lucky in the faux flesh. The Dino is quite impressive to look at but grows stale after a while, however, he sure is cute. G-Fan liked the Godzilla style thud-thud sounds it does when it walks. They show with Chester and Hester (what king of a name is that for a woman?) is so-so..and I kept expecting Lucky to go berseck and start eating the little brats around us, especially the one who kicked G-Fan "accidentally" with his foot. (Wait until we run into you again shrimp!) That would have been more fun than just guests being selected to interact with Lucky.

Now, question... is there a person inside that ugly wagon manuvering Lucky's movements?? Also, some observations...Lucky's skin appeared ripped in some areas, especially around the neck behind it's jaw, and the mechanical transition between his legs and torso are rather distracting and made him look even more AA-like and less real life than I had anticipated. Other than that, it's a cute side show to check out once but that's about it. The novelty is gone after one look at it.
