I'm a little worried about the rockwork on the Mermaid building. At this point, it just looks very beige. I know that they have more work to do, but it seems like the green/grassy parts just won't look 'right'. They're sculpted from concrete, so it won't be real greenery, but the shapes just don't quite look right either. I'll wait to see how it turns out, but it does seem a little concerning at this point.

I remember that there was someone else in the past who commented on the fact that the LM rock work did not look too convincing.

I am starting to wonder how well you really can translate rockwork from an animated picture into real life without it looking cartoonish. It appears like they did a great job at Carsland, but CGI may be different.

I also thought the LM rock work looks too brown, more like southwestern rocks than any other type. But I'm giving Disney the benefit of the doubt that they will properly work into the LM theme when everything is complete.
