Put it this way - if this "Saves" the CBJ, then this is a good thing. Of course, all of this is IMO.

Many of my friends regularly bemoaned the loss of the original, "brilliant," CBJ. When I finally caught the show in the MK, I was baffled. I found it rambling, incoherent, and episodic (and not in a good way). I was troubled by the dated songs and jokes that made light of child abuse and sexism, and mean-spirited comments at the expense of the ample Miss Trixie. In short-- I was not impressed. I thought the cuts made on the Tiki Room show here in Disneyland a few years ago were well done, and the show has been running quite well since. I hope the same will be true for the Bears there in Florida, still holding down the fort in Frontierland.
