I like what they did with the Columbia. It was pretty cool looking.

From what I've experienced while I've been overhere - most Japanese employees are really "into" their work, and put a lot of effort and pride into it - sadly, that's not always the case in the U.S.

Of course, I'm still trying to figure out why Japanese women would dress up in some of the "work" outfits I see when I visit Akihabara...

I was there on Saturday, and it was like a "french maid" convention...

But talent-wise, the Japanese performers are pretty horrible. Not professional AT ALL. In comparision to the U.S. performers both at TDR and in the States, I mean.

2 exceptions of note...the charater performers at TDR are top-notch...the very best (BUT, bear in mind...it's more of an "effort" thing than a talent).

And, the female dancers are very good (better than the states, I think).

Aside from that...not very good, when you look at the level of talent that performs in the parks...AND, E-Productions is doing their very best to LOWER the talent level at the moment by driving away the best foreign performers (too expensive), and trying to hire young (cheap) dancers, musicians, and producers...

In the years ahead, expect nothing special. That seems to be the E-Pro motto.
